Fishtastic Dog Treats needed more than a good-looking website - they needed a custom Shopify store that reflected their playful brand personality and converted browsers into buyers. Alongside the build, they wanted a complete email marketing setup to support key customer moments, from first sign-up to post-purchase follow-up.

The goal was an ecommerce experience that felt effortless on the surface, but worked hard behind the scenes.

Every detail - from product pages to cart UX - was crafted to feel intuitive, fun, and on-brand.

To support the website, I also designed branded social media tiles, giving Fishtastic a consistent and recognisable look across digital touchpoints.

Strategic Email Marketing (EDM + Flows)

To drive conversions and repeat purchases, I built a suite of automated email flows including a welcome sequence with a discount incentive, abandoned cart reminders to recover lost sales, and post-purchase thank-you emails designed to build trust and loyalty. Each email was custom designed to feel like an extension of the website, playful, visually engaging, and strategically written to inspire action.
