You fill out the enquiry form or just email me. We hop on a call (or my shout for a coffee 😉) and figure out if we're a good fit. No hard sell, no pressure - just an honest conversation about what you need. Think of it like therapy for your brand!
2. Locked In
If it feels right, you pay a deposit to secure your spot on my calendar. We're officially doing this. I'll send you a project brief to fill out so I can get inside your brain before we start.
3. The Build
This is where I do my thing. Strategy first, then creative work. You'll get updates and check-ins without being bombarded every five minutes. I keep you in the loop with your own personal client portal, not in the dark.
4. Make It Yours
You see the work. We talk through it. You give feedback, I refine. We go back and forth until it feels completely right - not just "good enough" or "close."
5. Launch It
Final files delivered, final payment made, and you go live with something you're actually proud to share. Plus you get training/handover so you're not left wondering what to do next. Note: Payment plans available for projects over $5K.
